The USS Midway Museum - 09 Jun 12

On the 9th of June we went and visited the USS Midway! 

I've never been on it because when I was in SD I was on the 

USS Peleliu so I had no desire to spend my free to time on another ship.

This time thought it was a great way to show my kids what I had experienced. 

The Midway was an aircraft carrier and the Peleliu is the next size down.

Owen was in Heaven. Her are some pics of the many many planes. 

They had models of planes you could go sit in and the kids really LOVED it! 

so many buttons and dials!

There was this one area where it showed what it looked like

 to see the different levels of the ship when looking from above.

We spent a total of 3hrs there. Everyone had a great time! 

As we were going back to the car we saw a neat Sailing Ship passing by!

Visit to My cousin Tim - 08 June 12

The kids and I took a vacation to San Diego! 

My friend from the Navy lives there Sarah Ridinger. We met back in 2002 in Japan. 

She was the first  LDS girl friend I made. She really helped along with my conversion.

While in Japan we also made another really good friend. Kayoko Sato a Japanese National.

Well Kayoko was flying in to visit Sarah, and Sarah is planing to move in Aug so she invited me to drive up and visit with them! Of course i took this wonderful opportunity to hang out with some of my dearest friends! 

The kids and I left on 7th of June (Poor Evan had to work)

 and, after a 10 hr drive we made it to San Diego! 

The first night we just hung out and had pizza and enjoyed our friends! 

The following day we Head to Torrey Pines  State beach. 

I forgot the camera that Morning so no pics :(  But we had a great time.

 A little cold but that did not stop the kids. 

After wards we headed to Visit my cousin who's in the Marines in Corona.

He is just great and I love him dearly.

 The  kids and I made it after a 2 he drive (darn LA traffic)

They made us dinner and then we took a tour of his amazing new house 

and just chatted an enjoyed each other company. 

It was so nice I can't remember when I just got to sit and really talk with him. 

An added bonus was I finally  got to know his wife Joan better too. She is really sweet. 

We stayed till the late evening then Headed back to SD.

 It was cute Bella loves his dog. She and Tim came up with the term that he  was a "love dog"

So Bella kept saying he's a love dog mommy! The dog loved the kids too!

Isabella's Pre-School Graduation- 1 June 2012

Isabella did it!  sShe completed her pre-school year with Madison Elementary!

3rd tooth "Toothless" - 30 May!

Third tooth to come out. Bottom left side. 

So this silly little girl was playing around with her Uncle and pop out comes another tooth!! He knocked her tooth out LOL! Well not really they were kind of wresting around and she rolled down his lap and spit it out!! Eww!! LOL! Oh this silly girl really is going to be toothless!!

Actually I had forgotten until like at 5am I woke up and.
I went to look for the little tooth box. I was all trying to search under her pillow but I couldn't find it!  I was soo  afraid I was going to wake her looking for the little box. I took a step back and it was on the floor!! LOL!

All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth- 27 May

So this silly girl lost her front tooth a while back now shes lost the other one! 

we nicknamed her toothless!! LOL! 

of course Bella has to get into the picture too! 

Now Owen too!! Silly kids!!

Flavor's of the Month - May 28

So the kids go through what I call flavors of the month. Where they just love this in-particular thing and nothing else. So here is what iI have been tortured - I mean what they have loved this month....

Owen loves Team Umizoomi, a particular episode "The Dinosaurs Museum Mishap"  

I couldn't find an image of it but this is the book of the episode.

All three kiddos love Octonauts 

Just recently Owen has Become a huge fan of ... 

and Superman has a friend he's warming up to ....

We have found these really neat cartoons in where these two team up!

We watched this one and Victoria called it the "real one" 

This was our most coolest find of the Month, we got this book from the library...

the pop ups in this book were the most amazing pop-up's I have ever seen!

Happy Birthday to My Dad- 26 May

28 may was my dad's Birthday. A lot has happen since then. I can remember this it was a happy day as could be. My dad was depressed because my stupid sister Sarah was being a jerk to him. Told him she was going to be home and going to go see him at church and was at neither place when he went to Firebaugh just to see her. So he wanted to do nothing. But we (Naomi and I) BBQ and had lots of food for his birthday and enjoyed the day!

Meanwhile my stupid sister Sarah called his sister from a pay phone to tell her to tell him Happy Birthday and she would visit him tomorrow. Guess what did she show up NO! So he drove down to see her and took her son a Birthday cake and ice cream. I'm just documenting this for my memory. Ahh well it is what is. Today 26 June, he has chosen to listen to this girl who as you can see cares soo much for him and turn his back on his other 2 daughters >:(   Happy Birthday to my Dad.
